We were two spiders on opposite ends
Crawling and searching for love
So we weaved a first thread
And the angels smiled above
Basking in the sun
Soaking in the rain
We kept spinning webs
And made it through the pain
And from the distance you were calling my name
Our webs intertwined, they were exactly the same
We crawled closer to each other
And soon i was yours to claim
Nature’s ambience was in awe
Our love was proclaimed
At the center of a web
Two spiders remained
Tangled in a web of love
And they will never be the same again.
Love your poem! Glad she wasn’t a Black Widow!!
